LINK - Letter to PWA – WPD Stormwater Ordinance 6-22-12: The new Ventura Storm Water Quality Management Ordinance is 22 pages – 10 of which are devoted to Inspections, Enforcement and Permit Compliance and Fees. This set of regulations is an overreach and will ultimately cause a loss of viable companies and jobs in Ventura County. Specifically, we believe there will be a direct impact to the development and construction of new agricultural, oil and mining facilities in the unincorporated county areas which are necessary to support these industries in the future.
