LINK - VC COLAB Waterworks Manual 2012 Comments: In general, we believe the revisions will cause added reporting requirements and certifications for small water companies, particularly with respect to water supply, adding new review steps to the permit process which will be particularly costly and burdensome to small water companies and small projects. The reporting requirements are not sufficiently documented leaving room for interpretation which means more uncertainty for businesses and project applicants in Ventura County.
